최우원은 한국에서의 생명·자유·인권에 대한 위협과 탄압을 피하기 위해 미국에 망명을 신청합니다.

 

최우원은 1983년부터 국립부산대학교 철학과 교수로 봉직하면서 교육자로서 국가공무원으로서 최선을 다하여 왔습니다.

 

한국의 엘리트들 중의 한 사람으로서, 철학자로서, 세계적인 수준에로의 학문·대학·국가의 발전에 기여하고자 최선을 다하였습니다.

 

자유민주국가 대한민국의 탄생과 전쟁 승리, 경제 개발과 국가 발전을 가능하게 하여준 미국의 절대적 도움에 깊이 감사하며 한미동맹을 더욱 발전시키고 강화해야한다는 신념을 가지고 있습니다.

 

한미동맹에 뚜렷한 균열조짐이 나타나기 시작한 것은 간첩 김대중이 대통령이 되면서부터였고 이후 가짜 대통령 간첩 노무현, 가짜 대통령 간첩 문재인을 거치며 한미동맹이 깨어질 뻔한 위기까지 있었습니다.

 

한미동맹이 깨어지고 주한미군이 철수하면 대한민국은 1975년의 월남과 같이 명망 당합니다.

 

이 간첩 세력은 중공 북괴의 노비들이며 대한민국 내부에서 트로이 목마 공작으로 국가를 파괴·멸망시켜 상전에게 갖다 바치려는 매국노 반역자 조직입니다.

최우원 교수가 이러한 범죄들을 국민에게 폭로하고 구국운동을 할 때마다 간첩 매국노 세력은 대학 내외에서 조직적으로 공격을 해왔습니다.

 

그럴 때마다 본인은 저들에게 공개토론을 요구했으나 아무도 공개토론에 나오려는 자가 없었고 숨어서 협박을 하거나 익명으로 공격했습니다.

“최 교수가 활동을 계속하면 세력을 총동원해서 대학교 교수직을 박탈할 것이다. 가족들도 해를 당할 것이다. 나중에는 생명을 잃을 것이다.”

 

그럴 때마다 본인은 간첩 조직의 국가적 범죄들을 폭로하며 더욱 강하고 자신있게 나아갔고 공개토론에도 나오지 못하는 비열한 간첩 세력들을 무섭게 밟았습니다.

 

2008년 말에는 대북전단보내기국민연합을 결성하여 임진각·김포·연천·철원·양구의 DMZ 인접 지역에서 내외신 기자들이 취재하는 가운데 40여 차례에 걸쳐 대형 풍선들에 수백만 장의 대북전단을 실어 북한으로 날려 보냈습니다.

 

그럴 때마다 북괴는 평양 방송으로 격렬하게 살해 협박을 해왔습니다.

 

간첩 김대중·노무현이 대통령 권력을 가지고 국가와 사회 전 분야에 심어놓고 키운 트로이 목마 세력은 보이지 않게 국회·정부·법원·언론·중앙선거관리위원회·군·경찰·종교계·교육계·노동계·연예계를 점령하기에 이르렀습니다.

 

한국은 이 거대한 악의 카르텔이 지배하는 사회가 되었고 이미 법치가 무너져 선거로도 재판으로도 바로잡을 수 없는 지경이 되었습니다.

 

이렇게 되자 간첩 조직은 최우원 교수를 대학교에서 제거하는 공작을 벌였습니다.

 

가짜 대통령 노무현의 아들이 2015년에 최우원 교수를 사자명예훼손죄로 형사·민사 고소하였고 붉은 세력이 점령한 법원들은 인민재판으로 형사재판 1심에서 징역 6개월 집행유예 2년을 선고하였고 민사재판 1심은 벌금 2500만 원을 선고하였습니다.

 

이렇게 되자 부산대학교 70년 역사에서 처음으로 총장직을 차지한 좌익세력은 적법절차를 무시하고 최우원 교수를 파면하였습니다.

 

헌법상의 무죄추정원칙을 무시하였으며 징계위원회를 여는데 필수적인 유효한 총장의 징계의결 요구서도 없이 불법으로 징계위원회를 열어 그 날로 파면을 불법 의결하였습니다.

 

이 작태는 좌익들의 박근혜 대통령에 대한 불법탄핵을 위한 사전공작이었습니다.

 

불법 파면에 대해 본인은 행정소송을 제기하였으나 이미 좌익에게 점령된 법원에서는 인민재판으로 일관하여 아무런 소용이 없었습니다.

 

가족들에게도 해를 입혀 본인의 아내는 Shunt Operation을 받았는데 6개월간 말도 못하는 전신마비에 빠져 죽을 뻔 하다가 Glutathion 링거주사를 계속 맞고 살아났습니다.

 

최우원 교수는 2019년 여름에 워싱턴에서 정충제와 함께 유튜브 방송 여러 편에 걸쳐 가짜 대통령 간첩 문재인이 부산 문현동 일본군 어뢰공장 금도굴 및 징용자 유골 1000구 은닉범죄에 깊이 연루된 내막을 폭로하고 한국으로 돌아온 이후 밤 12시경 집 부근에서 뒤로부터 맹렬한 속도로 덮친 엠블란스 차에 치어 죽을 뻔 하였습니다.

 

소름이 끼치는 암살 시도였으며 누구나 집 앞에 오면 안심하고 경계심을 푼다는 점을 이용한 살인전문 청부조직의 범행으로 생각합니다.

 

2021년에는 금 도굴단 백준흠·김경태·채상훈이 적반하장으로 최우원 교수를 명예훼손으로 고소하였고 1심에서 징역 1년에 집행유예 2년을 선고하여 현재 2심 재판이 진행 중입니다.

 

2023년에는 노무현을 암살하고 금을 차지한 문재인이 고소를 하여 울산에서 재판이 진행 중입니다.

 

부산과 울산에서 진행 중인 이 두 재판은 모두 인민재판이기 때문에 최우원 교수에게 징역형을 선고할 것이 뻔하고 감옥에서는 자살로 가장하여 살해당할 수 있기 때문에 미국으로 망명할 것을 결심하였습니다.

 

현재 한국의 윤석열 정권에 대하여 정권이 교체되었으니 간첩 좌익 정권이 종식되어 위기가 끝났다고 생각하는 사람들이 있습니다.

 

이것은 겉만 보고 착각한 것입니다.

 

문재인과 윤석열 그리고 배후의 사기탄핵 간첩단이 연출하는 사기 쇼에 속아 넘어간 것입니다.

 

진정 정권이 교체된 것이라면 국가파괴 범죄 간첩단에 대한 수사와 처벌이 있어야 하나 문재인·이재명·박지원·조국 같이 범죄가 다 알려진 자들 중 아무도 처벌을 받은 자가 없고 수사에 들어가지도 않았습니다.

 

위에 언급한 국가적 범죄들 중 수사에 들어간 사건이 하나도 없을 뿐 아니라 이 범죄들을 조사하고 국민에게 알려 국가를 구해내려 한 애국인사들이 탄압받고 있는 것입니다.

 

이와는 정반대로 간첩 문재인은 온갖 범죄가 다 드러났어도 국가예산으로 67명 경호원들을 거느리고 궁궐 같은 집에서 상왕 행세를 하고 있으며 이재명·박지원·조국은 모두 활개를 치며 적화공작을 펼치면서 제2의 전성기를 누리고 있습니다.

 

윤석열 정권 하에서 간첩들은 영화를 누리고 있는데 이와는 정반대로 나라를 살리려는 애국지사들은 감옥에 갇히거나 인민재판 법정에 불려가 암묵적 협박을 받기에 바쁘고 언론 탄압으로 수백 개의 애국 유튜브 방송 채널들도 폭파당하고 있는 것입니다.

 

본인 최우원 교수도 최우원 구국방송 채널 4개를 폭파당해 500개 이상의 동영상이 사라졌습니다.

 

윤석열정부 하에서 간첩들이 죄를 추궁당하고 있는 것이 아니라 간첩 문재인이 애국자 최우원을 형사고소한 것과 같이 간첩단이 애국진영을 탄압하고 있는 것입니다

 

이러한 사실들은 윤석열 정권의 내막실체가 문재인 제2기 간첩정권임을 보여줍니다.

 

윤석열은 부인 김건희가 “윤석열 총장은 문재인 대통령의 가장 믿을 만한 충신이다. 결국 언젠가는 반드시 다 알게 될 거다”라고 말한 바와 같이 문재인이 키운 심복으로서 애국진영에 위장 침투한 트로이 목마입니다.

 

국가 공권력 전 분야를 장악한 거대한 악의 카르텔은 이제 마지막 목표 지점을 향하고 있습니다.

 

고려연방제개헌은 적화통일을 위한 김일성의 위장평화 전술로써 1975년에 월남을 멸망시킨 평화협정과 같은 고단위 속임수 술책입니다.

 

이 개헌이 통과되면 대한민국은 멸망당해 결국 중공에 흡수되어 버릴 것이며 미국의 세계적 위상은 악의 소굴 중공에 의해 밀려나는 결과가 올 것입니다.

 

본인의 망명이 미국과 한국에 이러한 위험을 각성시키는 하나의 계기가 될 수 있기를 희망합니다.

 

다음은 앞에서 언급한 14가지 사안들의 내용을 간략히 설명하겠습니다.

 

1. 2002년 전자개표기 사기극 가짜 대통령 노무현 범죄 사건

김대중·박지원·유지담·신건·이해찬이 주범이며 선거관리위원회가 불법 전자개표기를 조작해서 가짜 대통령 노무현을 만들어낸 부정선거 범죄입니다. 과학철학 교수인 최우원은 확증 증거들을 바탕으로 대학생들에게 컴퓨터 연결망으로 움직이는 과학기술사회에서 자유민주주의가 어떻게 위기에 빠질 수 있는지를 보여주는 대표적 범죄임을 강의하였고 12년에 걸쳐 2000매 이상의 리포트를 받았습니다.

국가를 무너뜨릴 이 사건을 더욱 널리 알리기 위해 2008년 부산, 2012년 서울에서 국회의원 선거에 출마하였고, 2012년 12월에는 대통령 선거에서 전자개표기 조작 부정선거를 막는 팀을 만들어 중앙선거관리위원회 전국집계 서버를 조작하지 못하게 하는 데에 성공하였습니다.

 

김대중·노무현·중앙선거관리위원회등 범죄 카르텔 일당은 최우원 교수의 이러한 활동들과 수십 차례 거듭된 공개토론 요구에도 불구하고 12년간 아무런 맞대응을 못하면서 언론방송보도만 차단·봉쇄하다가, 좌익이 법원과 검찰을 장악한 2015년에 노무현의 아들이 최우원 교수를 사자명예훼손 혐의로 고소하였고, 인민재판과 불법 징계로 파면한 것은 앞에서 설명하였습니다. 최우원 교수와 동지들의 노력은 헛되지 않아 이제는 많은 국민들이 깨어나 부정선거에 저항하며 구국운동을 하고 있습니다.

 

2. 남침땅굴 은폐 사건

전쟁이 일어난다면 거미줄 같이 퍼져있는 남침 땅굴을 통한 기습공격으로 하룻밤 사이에 전방과 수도권의 군부대를 궤멸시키고 대도시들을 점령하면서 시작될 것으로 예상합니다. 서울에 침투한 남침 땅굴은 지하철에 연결되어 수많은 지하철 출구들이 남침 땅굴 출구들이 될 것입니다. 남침 땅굴들은 서울을 오래전에 관통하여 경상도·전라도에까지 퍼져있다고 보아야 합니다. 그런데 국방부는 연천과 일산에서 실물이 잡힌 남침땅굴들을 자연동굴·지하 농수로라고 거짓말하면서 감추고 있고 정치권은 남침 땅굴 문제를 아예 외면하는 해괴한 짓을 하고 있습니다. 발견된 땅굴도 감추는 자들이 발견 안 된 남침 땅굴을 찾으려 할 리가 없습니다.

3. 북괴군 범행 연천 530GP 국군 전사 사건 진상 은폐 및 날조 범죄

2005년 6월19일 밤에 DMZ의 제28사단 소속 530GP에서 일어난 이 사건의 진상은, 530GP 장병들이 야간 수색을 나갔다가 북괴군의 열화탄 기습공격으로 8명이 전사하고 4명이 부상당한 것을 노무현 청와대와 군 수뇌부·보안사령부가 군내 개인범행으로 날조한 국가반역 사건입니다. 전사한 장병들의 유가족과 동료병사들에 의해 진상이 밝혀졌지만 군도 정치권도 아직까지 진실을 숨기고 있어 간첩 카르텔 조직이 얼마나 큰 세력으로 대한민국을 장악하고 국가 존속을 위협하고 있는지 보여주고 있습니다. 이 국가반역 사건은 그 이후 한미연합사령부 해체 공작으로 연결되었다는 점에서 매우 중대한 의미를 가지고 있습니다.

 

4. 한미연합사령부 해체 음모 사건

연천530GP 사건의 진상을 숨기고 내무반 동료의 개인 범행으로 날조한 청와대 간첩 노무현은 이 날조 범죄에 동참한 제3군 사령관 김관진을 합참의장으로, 그리고 육군 참모총장 김장수를 국방장관으로 영전시켰고 이 반역범 트리오는 최악의 국가반역 범죄를 저질렀습니다. 이 역적들은 전시작전권 환수라는 그럴듯한 명분으로 국민을 속이면서 미국에 대하여 한미연합사령부 해체를 끈질기게 요구하였고 시달리다 못한 미국은 2012년 4월17일에 한미연합사령부를 해체하는데 합의하였습니다. 해체 일자를 김일성 출생 100년이 되는 2012년 4월15일로 하려다가 속셈이 드러날까 봐 4월17일로 정한 것입니다. 최우원 교수는 유튜브에서 이 내막을 폭로하였습니다.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKaNsCihQAI). 하지만 한미연합사 해체는 박근혜 대통령에 의해 백지화되었습니다.

 

5. 북한 동포를 해방시키기 위한 대북풍선 전단 보내기 국민운동

수많은 탈북동포들에 의해 북한 세습 폭압 정권이 300만 명 이상의 동포들을 굶겨 죽이고 잔인하게 학살한 만행들이 알려지면서 전 세계가 분노하는 가운데 본인과 구국동지들은 북한 동포를 해방시키기 위하여 대북풍선을 통해 대북 전단을 보내는 운동을 시작하였습니다. 국내외의 많은 기자들이 보도하는 가운데 진행된 대북풍선 행사를 할 때마다 북한은 평양방송으로 대북전단보내기국민연합 임원들에 대하여 살해 협박을해왔습니다(https://www.yahoo.com/news/south-koreans-trying-launch-anti-north-leaflets-clash-054710776.html)

 

협박을 할수록 대북풍선은 더 많이 날아갔으며 그러던 중 김정일이 평양에 떨어진 대북전단을 읽고 충격을 받아 뇌혈관이 파열되었다는 소식을 들었습니다.

 

6. 중공·북한·티베트·동투르키스탄에서의 집단학살(Genocide) 종식을 위한 아시아철학회 세계학술대회 개최

2009년 중공 공산당이 수백만 명 파룬따파 수련생들에게 생체장기적출(Organ Harvesting) 학살만행을 저지르고 공산당 간부들과 의사들이 그 장기들을 팔아 돈을 벌고 있다는 상상할 수조차 없는 끔찍한 사실이 알려졌습니다. 중공과 북한에서 벌어지고 있는 반인류범죄(Crime Against Humanity)들을 유엔에 보고하여 집단학살 종식을 위한 세계인권결의를 하도록 세계학술대회를 열어야 하는 상황이었습니다.

 

그런데 어떤 학회도 중공을 의식하여 나서지 못하고 있었습니다. 이러한 사정을 본인이 알게 되었고 그 즉시 본인은 아시아철학회 회장으로서 여러 나라에 연락하고 아시아철학회 세계학술대회 준비에 들어가 2009년 7월9일에 국회 헌정기념관에서 ‘Global Alliance to Stop the Genocide in North-East Asia’라는 주제로 학술대회를 열었습니다.

 

11개국의 교수·변호사·지식인들이 발표와 토론을 하여 결의한 내용을 유엔에 보냈고 유엔에서는 중공·북한·티베트·동투르키스탄에서의 집단학살 종식을 위한 세계인권선언을 통과시켰습니다. 이 일은 중공과 북괴의 노비 좌파들이 최우원 교수를 더욱 공격하는 또 하나의 계기가 되었습니다.

 

7. 광주5·18북괴특수군 남침내란폭동 진상 은폐 및 날조 범죄

트로이 목마 대통령 김영삼은 망명한 황장엽을 통해 1980년 5·18 당시 광주에 북괴 특수군 600명이 침투하여 내란폭동을 공작하였음을 잘 알고 있었습니다. 김영삼은 민간인으로 위장한 이 북괴군들이 광주 시민들을 잔인하게 살해하고 그 범죄를 국군에게 뒤집어씌웠다는 사실을 알고 있었던 것입니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 김영삼은 대통령 권력을 이용하여 대법원 판결을 뒤집고 광주5·18을 민주화운동으로 날조하였습니다.

 

김영삼·권영해·홍준표는 광주5·18특별법을 만들어 가짜 민주유공자들을 양산하였고 이들과 유가족에게 수억대의 큰 보상금과 10% 공무원 시험 가산점 등 수십 가지 특혜를 주면서 적화 홍위병 집단으로 키워 현재 이 집단이 공무원 사회 저변부를 장악하게 만들었습니다. 이 적화공작을 폭로하는 애국지사들은 공로를 인정받는 것이 아니라 거꾸로 징역형을 선고받고 구속당하는 공산화법이 한국을 지배하고 있고 최우원 교수 또한 탄압받고 있습니다. 광주5.18을 받들어 헌법전문에 넣겠다는 윤석열(https://post.naver.com/viewer/postView.naver?volumeNo=37837971&memberNo=44604681&vType=VERTICAL)은 트로이목마 간첩입니다.

 

8. 종북 좌익을 진보라고 부르는 언론 사기

한국에서 대학생을 비롯한 젊은 세대가 종북좌익에게 속아넘어가 이용당하는 것은 언론방송에서 수십 년 동안 종북좌익을 진보라 부르며 세뇌해 왔기 때문입니다. 2012년에 최우원 교수는 이 사실에 대하여 대학생들에게 스스로 판단해 보고 리포트를 제출하라고 하였고 자신의 판단을 인터넷에 올려 공론의 장을 만들어보라고 하였습니다. 그 결과는 큰 충격이 되어 젊은 층이 깨어나는 계기가 되었고 그 이후 종북좌익을 진보라 부르는 언론 사기가 사라지게 되었습니다.

 

이러자 좌익은 대학의 안팎에서 일제히 최우원 교수를 제거하려고 달려들었습니다. 이에 대해 최우원 교수는 공개토론을 요구하였는데 상대 측에서 아무도 공개토론에 나오는 자가 없었고, 좌익은 대학 내의 세력을 움직여 최우원 교수를 제거하는데 실패하자 자기들이 장악하고 있던 국가인권위원회에 고발하였고 인민재판을 하여(https://www.ganjingworld.com/video/1guk5mfqsau2XamCg6sOCDsUx1n61c)정직 1개월의 징계를 공작하였습니다.

 

9. 2012년 대통령 선거에서 전자개표기 사기극 방지 활동

2012년 대통령선거에서 또한 2002년도와 같이 전자개표기 사기극으로 당선자를 바꾸어버리는 국가적 범죄가 예상되었습니다. 대통령 선거나 개헌 국민투표에서 전자개표기 사기극에는 큰 도둑과 작은 도둑의 2종류가 있어 이 두 도둑을 다 막아야 한다는 점을 국민에게 알리고 부정선거 방지 활동을 하였습니다. 선거 20일 전에 4명의 Task Force Team이 형성되어 움직인 결과 중앙선거관리위원회 전국집계서버를 조작하여 수백만 표를 바꿔놓는 큰 도둑은 막을 수 있었습니다(https://badkiller.kr/bbs/board.php?bo_table=board01&wr_id=339594&sca=&sfl=wr_name%2C1&stx=%C3%D6%BF%EC%BF%F8&sop=and&page=4).

 

그렇지만 각 개표장 전자개표기들에서 수천 표들을 바꿔놓는 작은 도둑질은 새누리당 내부의 트로이 목마들 때문에 막을 수 없었습니다. 작은 도둑들을 막으려면 전자개표기를 사용하지 않고 수개표를 해야 하는데 이것을 새누리당 내부의 트로이 목마들이 반대한 것입니다. 결과적으로 작은 도둑들에 의해 약 백만표 정도는 도둑질 당했으나 3·400만 표 규모의 큰 도둑은 막음으로써 박근혜 후보가 110만 표 차이로 승리하여 대통령직을 도둑맞는 사태를 막을 수 있었습니다. 정상적으로 개표하였다면 박근혜 후보가 350만표 이상의 차이로 압승하였을 것입니다. 이 일로 이해 좌익 간첩단은 최우원 교수를 더욱 증오하게 되었습니다.

 

10. 사기탄핵 국가전복 적화공작 범죄

As one of South Korea's elites and a philosopher, he has made every effort to contribute to the development of academia, universities, and the nation on a global scale. He is deeply grateful for the United States' essential assistance in the birth of the Republic of Korea as a free democratic state, its victory in the war, its economic development, and its national progress. He holds a firm belief in the importance of further developing and strengthening the South Korea-U.S. alliance.

 

Signs of a clear rift in the South Korea-U.S. alliance began to appear when Kim Dae-jung, whom he considers a spy, became president. This rift continued through the presidencies of Roh Moo-hyun and Moon Jae-in, both of whom he also regards as spies and illegitimate presidents, bringing the alliance to the brink of collapse.

 

If the South Korea-U.S. alliance collapses and U.S. troops withdraw from South Korea, the Republic of Korea will face the same fate as South Vietnam in 1975.

Whenever Professor Woo-won Choi exposed these crimes to the public and led movements to save the nation, the spy forces and traitors launched organized attacks on him both within and outside the university. Every time this happened, he challenged them to public debates, but none of them accepted. Instead, they resorted to threatening him anonymously or attacking from the shadows.

“If Professor Choi continues his activities, we will mobilize all forces to strip him of his university professor position. His family will be harmed, and eventually, he will lose his life.”

 

In response to these threats, Professor Choi grew stronger and more confident, continuing to expose the national crimes of the spy organizations. He stepped up his efforts, trampling down the cowardly spy forces who refused to engage in public debate.

 

At the end of 2008, he founded the National Alliance for Sending Balloons to North Korea. He led the large-scale balloon launches about 40 times in the DMZ-adjacent areas of Imjingak, Gimpo, Yeoncheon, Cheolwon, and Yanggu, sending millions of leaflets to North Korea. This was done in front of both domestic and foreign press. Each time, the North Korean regime fiercely threatened to kill him via Pyongyang Broadcasting.

 

The spy forces planted and nurtured by Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun, under their presidential power, have quietly infiltrated every sector of the nation, including the National Assembly, the government, the judiciary, the media, the National Election Commission, the military, the police, religious organizations, the educational sector, labor unions, and even the entertainment industry. South Korea has become a society dominated by this massive cartel of evil, and the rule of law has collapsed to such an extent that the situation cannot be corrected through elections or legal proceedings.

 

In this state, the spy organizations launched a scheme to remove Professor Woo-won Choi from his university position.

 

In 2015, the son of the illegitimate president Roh Moo-hyun filed both criminal and civil lawsuits against Professor Woo-won Choi for posthumous defamation.

 

The courts, dominated by the leftist forces, conducted a kangaroo trial, sentencing him in the first criminal trial to six months in prison suspended for two years, while the civil trial resulted in a 25 million KRW fine.

 

Following this, the leftist faction, which for the first time in the 70-year history of Pusan National University had taken the presidency, dismissed Professor Choi without following due process. They ignored the constitutional principle of presumption of innocence, illegally convening a disciplinary committee without a valid disciplinary request from the president, which was essential for the procedure. The committee unlawfully voted for his dismissal on the same day. This act was a prelude to the leftists’ illegal impeachment of President Park Geun-hye.

 

Professor Choi filed an administrative lawsuit against the illegal dismissal, but the courts, already overtaken by leftists, conducted a kangaroo trial, rendering the lawsuit futile.

 

The threats extended to his family as well. His wife had a shunt operation, after which she became completely paralyzed for six months and nearly died. She recovered only after continuous glutathione IV treatments.

 

In the summer of 2019, while in Washington, Professor Choi, alongside Jung Chung-je, exposed the deep involvement of the illegitimate president and spy Moon Jae-in in the illegal gold looting at the Japanese torpedo factory in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan, and the concealment of 1,000 remains of forced laborers through a series of YouTube broadcasts. After returning to Korea, he was almost killed around midnight near his home when an ambulance, speeding aggressively from behind, ran into him. This chilling assassination attempt appeared to be the work of a professional hit squad, exploiting the common tendency to lower one’s guard near home.

 

In 2021, Baek Joon-heum, Kim Kyung-tae, and Chae Sang-hoon, members of the gold looting gang, absurdly sued Professor Choi for defamation. In the first trial, he was sentenced to one year in prison with a two-year suspended sentence, and the second trial is currently ongoing.

 

In 2023, Moon Jae-in, who assassinated Roh Moo-hyun and took control of the gold, filed a lawsuit against Professor Woo-won Choi, and the trial is currently ongoing in Ulsan.

 

Both the trial in Ulsan and the one in Busan are kangaroo trials, and it is evident that Professor Choi will be sentenced to prison. In prison, there is a high risk that he will be killed and his death disguised as suicide, which is why he has decided to seek asylum in the United States.

 

Currently, some people believe that with the election of Yoon Seok-yeol’s government, the leftist spy regime has ended, and the crisis is over. This is a misconception based on appearances. These people have been deceived by the fraudulent show orchestrated by Moon Jae-in, Yoon Seok-yeol, and the spy ring behind the impeachment coup.

 

If the regime change were genuine, there would be investigations and punishment for the crimes committed by the spy group that has been destroying the nation. In stark contrast, even though Moon Jae-in's crimes are all exposed, he enjoys state-funded protection with 67 bodyguards and lives like a retired king in a palatial home. Lee Jae-myung, Park Ji-won, and Cho Kuk are all actively engaged in subversive activities, enjoying what seems like a second heyday.

 

Under Yoon Seok-yeol’s regime, spies are thriving, while patriots trying to save the country are busy being imprisoned, dragged into kangaroo courts, and subjected to implicit threats. In addition, hundreds of patriotic YouTube channels have been shut down due to media suppression. Professor Woo-won Choi himself had four of his channels destroyed, along with more than 500 videos disappearing.

 

These facts reveal that the true nature of the Yoon Seok-yeol regime is that it is merely the second phase of Moon Jae-in’s spy regime. Yoon Seok-yeol, as stated by his wife, Kim Geon-hee, who remarked, "Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol is Moon Jae-in’s most loyal confidant. 1. The 2002 fraudulent election using electronic vote-counting machines, making the illegitimate presidency of Roh Moo-hyun

The main perpetrators were Kim Dae-jung, Park Ji-won, Yoo Ji-dam, Shin Gun, and Lee Hae-chan, who manipulated illegal electronic vote-counting machines through the National Election Commission to fraudulently install Roh Moo-hyun as president. As a professor of the philosophy of science, Woo-won Choi lectured to students on how democracy in a techno-scientific society, driven by computer networks, could be put at risk, using this incident as a prime example. Over the course of 12 years, he received more than 2,000 reports from students regarding this matter.

Professor Woo-won Choi has held numerous lectures for the general public and press conference at the National Assembly to raise awareness about defending the nation. In 2006, as the president of the Asian Philosophical Association, he presented a keynote paper at the World Congress, warning that the type of crime exploiting the flaws of fossilized modern reason would eventually spread worldwide.

To further raise awareness about this issue, which threatens to collapse the nation, he ran for the National Assembly in Busan in 2008 and in Seoul in 2012. In December 2012, he led a team to prevent the manipulation of electronic vote-counting machines during the presidential election, successfully blocking the manipulation of the National Election Commission’s nationwide tallying server. Despite Professor Choi’s public debates and repeated efforts to expose the criminal cartel of Kim Dae-jung, Roh Moo-hyun, and the National Election Commission, the media blocked all coverage for 12 years. 2. The Cover-up of the North Korean Infiltration Tunnels

In the event of war, it is expected that surprise attacks will be launched via the extensive network of North Korean infiltration tunnels, annihilating frontline military bases and occupying major cities overnight. The tunnels that penetrate Seoul are connected to the subway system, meaning many subway exits could become exits for these tunnels. The tunnels likely extend well beyond Seoul into the Gyeongsang and Jeolla provinces. Despite this, the Ministry of Defense is covering up the tunnels discovered in Yeoncheon and Ilsan, claiming they are natural caves or underground water channels. The political establishment completely ignores the infiltration tunnel issue, which is suspicious. Those who conceal the tunnels already found would hardly be eager to discover those yet to be found.

This situation has arisen because spies such as Kim Dae-jung, Roh Moo-hyun, and Moon Jae-in, while in power, deeply and extensively infiltrated the military and political sectors with spy networks. 3. The Fabrication of the Yeoncheon 530 GP incident, in which North Korean soldiers killed South Korean troops, as a personal crime

The truth behind the incident that occurred on the night of June 19, 2005, at the 530 GP (Guard Post) of the 28th Division in the DMZ is that eight South Korean soldiers were killed and four were injured in a surprise attack by North Korean troops using incendiary shells during a nighttime reconnaissance mission. However, the Roh Moo-hyun administration, along with top military officials and the Defense Security Command, fabricated the incident to make it seem like a personal crime committed by an individual soldier within the unit. This was a national act of treason. Although the truth was revealed by the families of the deceased soldiers and their comrades, both the military and political circles continue to conceal the facts. This shows just how deeply the spy cartel has infiltrated and taken control of South Korea, threatening the nation's survival. This act of treason is especially significant because it later connected to the plot to dismantle the South Korea-U.S. Combined Forces Command (CFC).

 

4. The Plot to Dismantle the South Korea-U.S. Combined Forces Command (CFC)

Spy Roh Moo-hyun, who fabricated the truth of the Yeoncheon 530 GP incident by blaming it on an individual soldier in the barracks, promoted those involved in the cover-up. General Kim Kwan-jin, the Third Army Commander at the time, was promoted to Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and General Kim Jang-soo, the Army Chief of Staff, was made Minister of Defense. This trio of traitors committed one of the worst acts of national treason by persistently deceiving the public with the claim of retrieving wartime operational control (OPCON) from the U.S. and insisting on dismantling the South Korea-U.S. CFC. The U.S., unable to withstand the pressure any longer, eventually agreed to dismantle the CFC on April 17, 2012. The original plan was to dismantle it on April 15, 2012, the 100th anniversary of Kim Il-sung's birth, but the date was changed to April 17 to avoid revealing the real intention behind the plan. Fortunately, the dismantling of the CFC was canceled by President Park Geun-hye.

 

5. National Movement to Send Anti-North Korea Leaflets via Balloons to Liberate North Korean People

As the atrocities of the North Korean regime—having starved over 3 million people to death and committing brutal massacres—became known worldwide through countless North Korean defectors, global outrage ensued. In response, Professor Woo-won Choi and his comrades initiated a movement to liberate the North Korean people by sending leaflets via balloons into North Korea. Each time these events took place, covered by numerous domestic and international journalists, North Korea threatened the leadership of the National Alliance for Sending Balloons to North Korea with assassination through broadcasts from Pyongyang. Despite these threats, more balloons were sent. It was even reported that Kim Jong-il, after reading the leaflets that had fallen into Pyongyang, suffered a cerebral hemorrhage due to shock.

 

6. Hosting the World Congress of the Asian Philosophical Association to Stop Genocides in Communist China, North Korea, Tibet, and East Turkestan

In 2009, it became known that the Chinese Communist Party was committing unimaginable atrocities by harvesting organs from millions of Falun Gong practitioners and selling these organs for profit, with Communist Party officials and doctors involved in the operation. Given the crimes against humanity occurring in Communist China and North Korea, there was a need to report these crimes to the United Nations and push for a global human rights resolution to end the genocides. However, no academic society was willing to take a stand due to fear of China. Upon learning of this, Professor Woo-won Choi, as president of the Asian Philosophical Association, immediately contacted several countries and began preparing for an international conference. On July 9, 2009, the conference was held at the National Assembly Memorial Hall in Seoul under the theme "Global Alliance to Stop the Genocide in North-East Asia”. Professors, lawyers, and intellectuals from 11 countries participated, and the conference’s resolutions were sent to the UN. Subsequently, the UN passed a global human rights declaration calling for the end of genocides in Communist China, North Korea, Tibet, and East Turkestan. This action further provoked attacks against Professor Choi from the pro-Chinese and North Korean left-wing forces.

Trojan horse President Kim Young-sam was well aware, through defector Hwang Jang-yop, that 600 North Korean special forces infiltrated Gwangju during the May 1980 riot, orchestrating an insurrection. He knew that these North Korean soldiers, disguised as civilians, brutally murdered Gwangju citizens and shifted the blame onto the South Korean military. Despite this knowledge, Kim Young-sam used his presidential power to overturn the Supreme Court’s ruling and fabricated the narrative of Gwangju 5.18 as a democratization movement. Kim Young-sam, along with Kwon Young-hae and Hong Joon-pyo, enacted the Gwangju 5.18 Special Law, producing 5800 fake "democracy merit awardees". These individuals and their families received large compensation payouts worth billions and numerous privileges, such as a 10% bonus in civil service exams, cultivating a Red Guard-like group that now dominates the lower levels of the civil service. Quite the opposite, the true patriotic figures who exposed this communist conspiracy were sentenced to prison, oppressed under laws that promote communism in South Korea. Professor Woo-won Choi has also faced persecution for revealing the truth. Yoon Seok-yeol, who has vowed to enshrine Gwangju 5.18 in the Constitution , is nothing more than a Trojan horse spy.

 

8. The Media Deception of Labeling Pro-North Korean Leftists as "Progressive"

In South Korea, young people, including university students, have been deceived and manipulated by pro-North Korean leftists for decades because the media has been labeling them as "progressive". In 2012, Professor Woo-won Choi challenged his students to judge for themselves and submit reports on the matter. He encouraged them to share their findings online to foster public debate. The results were shocking and served as a wake-up call for the younger generation, leading to the media scam of calling pro-North Korean leftists "progressive" being exposed. As a result, the leftist forces both inside and outside the university began targeting Professor Choi for removal. He responded by demanding public debate, but no one from the left was willing to engage. When they failed to remove him from the university, they filed complaints with the National Human Rights Commission, which held a kangaroo trial and suspended him for one month.

 

9. Efforts to Prevent Electronic Vote-Counting Fraud in the 2012 Presidential Election

Professor Woo-won Choi was actively involved in preventing the manipulation of electronic vote-counting machines during the 2012 presidential election. His actions aimed to block any attempt at fraud by the National Election Commission, and he succeeded in ensuring that the central server couldn’t be tampered with.

As in the 2002 presidential election, there were concerns that the 2012 election would involve massive electronic vote-counting fraud to manipulate the outcome, which would amount to a national crime. Professor Woo-won Choi led efforts to raise public awareness of the two types of fraud involved: the "big thief" and the "small thief", both of which needed to be stopped. Twenty days before the election, a Task Force Team of four was formed to combat this. As a result, they were able to prevent the large-scale manipulation of the central server of the National Election Commission, which could have altered millions of votes.

However, smaller instances of vote manipulation at individual counting centers, involving the alteration of thousands of votes per machine, could not be stopped due to internal sabotage by Trojan horses within the Saenuri Party. In order to prevent the smaller-scale fraud, hand counting was necessary, but these Trojan horses blocked this move. Ultimately, while around one million votes were stolen through smaller-scale fraud, preventing the larger-scale manipulation allowed Park Geun-hye to win by a margin of 1.1 million votes. Had the vote been counted fairly, Park Geun-hye would have won by over 3.5 million votes. This outcome made the leftist spy network hate Professor Choi even more.

 

10. The Fraudulent Impeachment and Communist Coup Conspiracy

From the very beginning, Professor Woo-won Choi identified the impeachment of President Park Geun-hye as a communist coup, orchestrated by spies receiving orders from Communist China and North Korea. He traveled nationwide to denounce this attempt to overthrow the government. In January 2017, he filed espionage reports with the National Intelligence Service, naming Moon Jae-in, Park Ji-won, and Park Won-soon as the main culprits behind this conspiracy.

In response, the spy network, through the National Election Commission, threatened to sue Professor Choi for violating election laws if he did not stop his anti-impeachment activities. Professor Choi publicly exposed these threats and intensified his efforts to protest the fraudulent impeachment. Eventually, the National Election Commission filed a criminal complaint against him, resulting in a kangaroo trial that fined him 5 million KRW. As a result, he was barred from running for office and lost his voting rights.

 

11. The 2017 Fraudulent Presidential Election and the Crimes of Moon Jae-in, the North Korean Spy and Illegitimate President

In the illegal presidential election held on May 9, 2017, following the fraudulent impeachment, the worst kind of election fraud occurred. Although there were two types of ballots during voting, only one type of ballots was found during the counting process. It was clear that Moon Jae-in, the main culprit behind the illegal impeachment and a North Korean spy, had been fraudulently elected and was now set on destroying the country and breaking the South Korea-U.S. alliance, leading to the downfall of South Korea. In response, on June 28, 2017, just before Moon Jae-in was scheduled to meet President Trump, Professor Woo-won Choi protested outside the White House holding a placard that read: "Koreans love USA and President Trump! President Trump, don’t meet fake president Moon, spy of North Korea!"

This protest was met with cheers from the patriotic camp, and many supporters gathered at the airport to welcome him back.

However, leftist spies filed a lawsuit against Professor Choi, and in a kangaroo trial, he was fined 2.5 million KRW.

 

12. The Gold Looting and Concealment of 1,000 Remains of Coned Laborers at the Japanese Underground Torpedo Factory in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan

In September 2014, Professor Woo-won Choi met Jung Chung-je, who told him about the Japanese underground base in Munhyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan. As a professor of philosophy of science, he rigorously investigated the matter, examining related court documents (Busan District Court Eastern Branch Case 2005godan1003), geological surveys, documents from the Nam-gu District Office, news articles about the gold looting and the remains of forced laborers, and testimonies from those involved. He concluded that the claims were true. Thousands of tons of gold and the remains of 1,000 forced laborers discovered in 2002 had been hidden by spies like Kim Dae-jung, Roh Moo-hyun, and Moon Jae-in, who used the gold to fund communist operations. This money was used to create a massive cartel that extended into the National Assembly, government, National Election Commission, judiciary, prosecution, media, business sectors, laborer unions, education sector, religious sector, etc.

To expose this treasonous and anti-national crime of concealing this bloodstained gold and the remains of the laborers, Professor Choi wrote many articles and created videos that he shared online.

In September 2019, Professor Choi visited the U.S. Department of State and the FBI headquarters with Jung Chung-je to provide detailed information about these crimes and the large evil cartel. He emphasized the importance of eliminating this communist criminal organization to protect the Korea-U.S. alliance. This information is recorded and stored in video format by the Department of State and the FBI.

After these revelations, looters Baek Joon-heum and Kim Kyung-tae filed criminal charges against Professor Choi, leading to an kangaroo trial in Busan. Although the National Tax Service investigated Baek Joon-heum’s illegal wealth and referred the case to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, the judge in the first trial refused to verify the related documents and declined to conduct an on-site investigation. The conscienceless judge sentenced Professor Choi to one year in prison suspended for two years. The case is now in the appellate court.

In 2005, the Truth Commission on Forced Conion under Japanese Imperialism discovered that the remains of 1,000 forced laborers were buried at the Japanese underground base in Munhyeon-dong. But, when the Commission tried to investigate, Moon Jae-in, then Chief Presidential Secretary for Civil Affairs under the Roh Moo-hyun administration, blocked the investigation. This was reported in the New Democracy Newspaper on March 22, 2012, in an article titled "Moon Jae-in Exposed as the Core of Political Turmoil". When Professor Woo-won Choi criticized Moon Jae-in and demanded the remains be excavated, Moon Jae-in filed a criminal defamation lawsuit against him. The case is currently ongoing at the Ulsan District Court.

 

13. The Fraudulent Election Crime of the April 15 General Election

The April 15, 2020, general election was the most fraudulent election in South Korean history, involving not only the manipulation of electronic vote-counting machines but also the swapping of all early ballots. This fraud was orchestrated by the National Election Commission and postal workers. Despite widespread awareness of the fraud, with many citizens taking to the streets in protest, no member of the National Assembly—whether from the ruling or opposition party—spoke out, and the media remained completely silent. Professor Woo-won Choi, along with his patriotic comrades, held rallies across the country, condemning the destruction of democracy in South Korea.

 

14. The Espionage Crimes of Yoon Seok-yeol, Moon Jae-in, and Lee Jae-myung in Pushing for a Constitutional Amendment Toward a Korean Confederation

After 80 years of covert communist operations, North Korea has finally seized control of all areas of public authority in South Korea. Now, it is focusing on the final stage of its plan to strangle South Korea, pushing for a constitutional amendment to establish the Korean Confederation, Kim Il-sung’s highest-level deception tactic for achieving communist unification. This plan mirrors the peace agreement that led to the downfall of South Vietnam in 1975. North Korean spy Kim Dae-jung embraced Kim Il-sung’s confederation plan through the June 15 Joint Declaration, and Yoon Seok-yeol—who has expressed admiration for Kim Dae-jung—has been secretly pushing this agenda alongside Moon Jae-in and Lee Jae-myung, all while deceiving the public.

 

If the constitutional amendment for the Korean Confederation is passed as planned by the spies, large North Korean flags, along with pictures of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-un, will be raised across the country. A massive crowd of leftists will flood the streets, claiming "unification among ourselves" and demanding the withdrawal of U.S. forces from South Korea. They will likely storm the U.S. military base in Pyeongtaek, and local "People’s Committees", long prepared for this moment, will take control of neighborhoods nationwide, resulting in de facto communist unification. Despite repeated demands for Yoon Seok-yeol to publicly declare that he opposes constitutional amendment, he continues to ignore these calls and distracts the public. Though he occasionally makes statements pretending to be a right-wing patriot, he has taken no substantial action to eliminate the leftist forces, nor is he likely to.

 

As Professor Woo-won Choi has worked to inform the public about this national crisis and save the country, the persecution against him has intensified. After his illegal dismissal from the university, he narrowly escaped an assassination attempt. His YouTube channels, which contained over 500 videos aimed at saving the nation, were shut down. Now, criminals and spies are retaliating by filing lawsuits against him, and he is on the verge of being imprisoned following the ongoing kangaroo trials in Busan and Ulsan. As the constitutional amendment for the Korean Confederation nears, this repression has become even more blatant. Given that any efforts to prevent the destruction of the nation would be impossible if he is imprisoned, Professor Woo-won Choi seeks asylum in the United States to continue his activities. He wishes to help thwart the plans of Communist China and North Korea, which aim to withdraw U.S. forces, destroy the South Korea-U.S. alliance, and ultimately absorb South Korea into China. By doing so, he hopes to contribute to a brighter future for both the U.S. and South Korea as partners on the global stage. Therefore, he requests the approval of his asylum.
